During this class, we'll explore the movement maps of Gabrielle Roth's 5RhythmsTM: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. Guided by breath, silence, music, and spoken invitations, you will encounter the teachings of your own body & soul. Come to move, sweat, breathe, and dance in a nourishing, playful, and soulful evening experience. Please bring water. Dress comfortably, and in layers. No previous dance experience required.

Join Aja Blanc for a special workshop that focuses on healing back pain through a restorative practice that will release tension, increase flexibility, improve alignment and reduce stress associated with chronic back pain. In this workshop you will develop tools to help manage back pain and become more aware of your body's needs through yoga postures, breathwork and meditation techniques- all serving to help you live pain free and full of joy!
Introduction to Yoga ~ Explore yoga in a comfortable, relaxed, non-competitive, supportive environment. This class includes breath work, alighnment based foundational poses( with modifications), deep relaxation and individual attention. Come satisfy you curiosity and find out what yoga is all about! In this class you will have undivided attention of two certified teachers. Drop in Tuesday 7:30-8:45pm
