Community Yoga

At Studio Exhale we believe in practicing Karma Yoga - a way to contribute back to the community. We support various causes:

• Free breast cancer survivor class - To all survivors of this disease. Wednesday @ 4:15 ends March 2006
• A Free class offered to the community at Studio Exhale. We think everyone should experience the joy of Yoga. Designed to teach the basics of yoga - including the fundamentals of alignment & breath. 
• Free Community Yoga Classes
• RI Food Bank 2010-$200 Thank You Community Yoga!!!
• Day One Rape Crisis Center 2010 Providence RI-$100
• 2yr old Jake Gullivan Donation~Open Heart Surgery 2011 $1300
• The Breast Health Center at Kent Hospital $242~ Garden City Pink Event
• Weekly Community Yoga Classes~Free at Meshanicut Lake 2011
