(B) Basic - 1¼hr - Focus is on the fundamentals of breath and alignment. All levels welcome.

(O) Open - 1¼hr - [Vinyasa/Anusara Influence] - Energizing class designed for all levels. Combines movement and breath to create a fluid sequence.

(T) Therapeutic - a therapeutic approach to yoga postures and breath helping to align the physical body and reduce muscular imbalances. Good for those with injuries or chronic pain.

(F) Flow(Candlelite) ~ Athletic-dynamic flow class designed to physically challenge and mindfully awaken the energies. Ideal for those seeking an athletic challenge! Heated Class**Intermediate student**

(FF) Forrest Flow designed to address current day stresses and challenges, physical & emotional.  Strenghening core muscles and internal integrity with a combination of breathwork and intense pose sequences.

(K) Kids - 1hr - [Ages]

(BsK1 &2) (Basic Skills Level)- this is a basic hatha yoga class that focuses on breathe and alighnment with easy transitions.  very suitable for those new to yoga, or who just want a gentle approach.  Level 2 is harder transitions more athletic but still moderately paced basic class.

NIA-NEUROMUSCULAR INTEGRATIVE ACTION- A movement therapy class combining free movement, martial arts, yoga and breath. Designed to move energy in the body and awaken your senses! A joyful and fun experience!!! All-levels welcome.

(BS)BALL & SCULPT- this class is optional weights with stretching, conditioning and toning on a ball.   Please bring yoga mats and clean sneakers to change in.  

(FDF) Freestyle Dance Fitness- A dance fitness class that gives you the benefit of exrercise while teaching you basic dance skills to increase your confidence to dance anytime, anywhere!  Designed for every body, shape, size, age and fitness level.
